台州路桥河西社区为第三批未来社区拆改结合类创建项目，位于路桥老城区中盛商圈核心板块，总建筑面积约23万平方米，总投资20.76亿元，受益居民数5132人。项目保留改造路桥中心菜市场、河西新村、河西巷、河西小学以及沿街商住；新建安置住宅、人才公寓、商品住宅以及河西幼儿园部分。千城建筑为该项目提供实施方案设计服务。

As one of the third batch of demolition and retrofit projects for construction of future communities, Taizhou Luqiao Hexi Community is located in the heart of Zhongsheng Business District in the old town of Luqiao District. It covers a gross floor area of approx. 230,000 square meters with an investment amounting to RMB 2.076 billion and 5,132 residents to be benefited from the project. The project will include retrofit of the Luqiao Central Food Market, Hexi New Village, Hexi Lane, Hexi Primary School and buildings for commercial and residential purposes along streets, and construction of residential buildings for placement, apartments for talents, commercial housing and Hexi Kindergarten. The project implementation plan is designed by Qiancheng Construction.  

本案对原菜市场进行改造提升，在原有菜场功能的基础上，将不同业态功能分门别类的安置其中，改造成集商业、文化、体育、卫生、教育等于一体的社区生活邻里中心，为百姓提供“一站式”的服务，满足周边居民日常生活消费和基本配套服务。实施地块中轴打造步行街，并构建穿越商城街的二层连廊系统，营造连续、舒适的慢行网络对各地块进行串联。在方便到达邻里中心的同时也进一步促进各地块资源共享，实现了新建地块与改造地块的和合共生。

The food market in the project will be retrofitted and upgraded with the categorized addition of commercial, cultural, sports, health and educational facilities, becoming a one-stop community neighborhood center that meet needs of nearby residents for daily consumption and general services. A pedestrian street will be built on the central axis of the project plots, and a high corridor system running through the business street will be added to create a continuous and comfortable walkway network connecting each plot. In addition to making possible the easy access to the neighborhood center, the walkway network will also facilitate resource sharing among areas and harmonious development of areas where new structures will be built and existing ones will be retrofitted.  

本案借鉴江南水乡古城的规划手法，以明确的主轴连结重点核心空间，将城市各主题公共空间沿主轴串接布置，顺应水乡本身的蓝绿网展开，形成结构明确、张弛有度的城市空间序列，打造“古新共荣”“商居共乐”“生态共生”三大特色亮点。古新共荣：打造路桥十里长街商旅文化新起点，实现老城核心居住创业活力新复苏；商居共乐：打造“傍水南官新商居，长街老城复繁华”的生活愿景；生态共生：“局部改造”“有机更新 ”方式提升现状建筑，严格控制引导新建建筑风貌与老城的和谐统一。

Drawn on experience from planning of old towns of water-surrounded cities in the south of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, the project design features connection between a well-defined axis and key space with functional public space locating along the axis, creating a clearly-structured, flexible and characteristic layout that will go well with water bodies in the community and enable common prosperity of new & old areas, shared space for business and living and harmonious relations with the nature. Common prosperity of new & old areas: revitalize living and entrepreneurship in the heart of old town by construction of a long commercial street that is designed to be a new hub of commerce, tourism and culture. Shared space for business and living: build new buildings for commercial and residential purposes along rivers and revive the flourishing business street and old town. Harmonious relationship with the nature: improve existing buildings by local retrofit and coordinated renewal to ensure consistency of architectural style between new structures and the old town.

未来邻里：构建“零距离”特色邻里场景，构建社区“一家人”未来邻里场景；未来建筑：构建“古今共荣、生态共生、风貌协调”的未来建筑场景；未来交通：构建“快慢串场景、智慧联天地”的未来交通场景；未来教育：构建“书香传递”的未来教育场景；未来创业：构建“社区创业生态优良、创新交流活力激发”的未来创业场景；未来健康：构建“全民健康型、老年适宜型”的未来健康场景；未来服务：构建“社区商服，点亮生活”的未来服务场景；未来治理：构建“政府导治、居民自治、平台数治”未来治理场景；未来低碳：构建“多元供应、循环利用”未来低碳场景；数字化：以“农贸+服务”的数字化实现路径，在数字化平台中增加线上居民意见收集模块，常态化收集意见，汇总整合相关意见反哺场景塑造和社群营造，将十里长街纳入数字化范围，形成社区向周边辐射的数字化网络。

Future neighborhood: Create an interconnected and family-like neighborhood within the community in the future；Future structures: Build structures featuring common prosperity of new and old areas, harmonious relations with the nature and consistency in architectural style in the future；Future transportation: Create a transportation network the connects rapid transit and walkways with smart technology in the future；Future education: Offer educational facilities ideal for learning and reading in the future；Future entrepreneurship: Create a community-based entrepreneurship eco-system where exchange of creative ideas brings new vitality in the future；Future health: Create a senior-friendly environment where everyone has a healthy lifestyle in the future；Future service: Offer commercial service to make life in the community more convenient in the future；Future governance: Create a government-led governance system in which the community is governed by residents with the support of a digital platform in the future；Future low-carbon life: Create a low-carbon living environment featuring diversified sources of supply and recycling in the future；Digitalization: Through digitalization based on the combination of agricultural trade and serve, add a module to the digital platform to collect feedback from residents, make feedback collection a part of routine work, and support creation of scenes and community groups with feedback collected. Include the long commercial street into the digital system to create a digital network reaching out to nearby areas from the community.
